Tal-Hamramann farmhouse is a 100-year old building. The house is built with thick walls that keep the cool air in summer and the warmth in winter. The floors are made up of tiles which are hand made and form multi-coloured complex patterns. Rubble walls and a set of arches feature the main hallway. Tal-Hamramann farmhouse was renovated maintaining these characteristics.
The plan of the farmhouse consists of 2 floors. The main corridor leads into the living room and kitchen. From here the pool, pool area, bbq area and garden can be accessed. An internal staircase leads up to the first floor. One bedroom is on the groundfloor with the remaining bedrooms upstairs having a terrace with long distance view of the sea. On the groundfloor there is one bathroom and two other bathrooms are on the first floor, one having the luxury of a jacuzzi.
The farmhouse is situated in the village of Xaghra. Sites located in Xaghra are the Ggantija Temples, Ramla Bay, the Xaghra Parish Church, Ninu's Cave and the famous Toy Museum.
